We support all major audio formats (MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, FLAC, AAC, WMA) and video formats (MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI, MKV). This covers WhatsApp voice messages, iPhone Voice Memos, Android recordings, Zoom meeting exports, podcast files, video lectures, and more.
How accurate is the transcription?
Our engine achieves 95–99% accuracy depending on audio clarity, powered by Whisper v3 — the same model used by professional transcription services. Clean recordings with a good microphone approach near-perfect results. The AI handles accents, filler words, and natural speech patterns.
What counts as an 'AI call'?
Each use of our AI features — Summarize, Translate, or Chat — counts as one AI call. Summarizing a transcript = 1 call. Translating it to Spanish = 1 call. Asking a question about it = 1 call. On the free plan, you get 10 AI calls per day. Pro removes that cap.
When do daily limits reset?
All daily limits (transcription minutes and AI calls) reset at midnight UTC. Think of it as a fresh bucket every day — even if you hit the limit today, you start over tomorrow with the full allocation.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. Your audio is processed ephemerally — it's analyzed in real time and immediately discarded after transcription. No recordings are stored on our servers. No data is used for training. All transfers use HTTPS/SSL encryption. We comply with GDPR privacy standards.
Are Pro and Teams available?
Pro is available now with monthly and annual billing. Teams is still in priority access while we finish shared workspaces, team billing, and admin controls.
Can I cancel anytime?
